Warranty Honeywell will repair or replace the product as per the terms and conditions stated below:
  1. Warranty will be valid only against a valid purchase invoice and valid product serial/ID number. Honeywell reserves the right to decline warranty service, if the above document(s) are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or if the invoice is found as tampered.
  2. This Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from reverse engineering, unauthorized adaptations or adjustments to the product.
  3. This Warranty will be void if the type or serial no. on the product has been altered, removed or defaced.
  4. This Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and / or connection of the product to equipment not approved by Honeywell and deficiency in product performance due to signal reception through third party apparatus/equipment or the use of third party software and/or recorded media.
  5. This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to parts such as sensor and touch panel if the product is used in commercial, business, industrial, educational or rental applications.
  6. This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Honeywell’s control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.
  7. Honeywell reserves the right to replace the defective part with an equivalent and/or reconditioned part and such defective replaced part(s) shall become Honeywell’s property.
  8. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no repair or replacement will renew or extend the warranty period.
  9. Warranty covers the main unit station of the equipment and does not cover fragile or consumable materials such as the packaging box, installation manual and 3 (three separate) filters packed with the box.
  10. You can register your complaints as part of the warranty by following the below steps: 1.Call Honeywell customer service hotline to generate the warranty support case ID for your complaint and 2. Provide supporting information related to the case as requested by Honeywell customer care executives Honeywell customer care executives will communicate next steps with you for resolution of the case after completion of step 1 and 2.
  11. Honeywell is committed to providing quality consumer service. In this endeavour, Honeywell reserves the right to communicate applicable turnaround time for resolution of complaints after a case ID is generated.
  12. Honeywell reserves the right to alter the warranty terms as it deems fit from time to time without any further notice.
  13. This warranty is not valid outside India.
  14. In no event will honeywell be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, statutory or indirect damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenues or use, or the loss or corruption of data, even if informed of the possibility of these damages. notwithstanding anything, honeywell’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. to the extent permitted by applicable law, these limitations and exclusions apply if liability arises from breach of contract, indemnity, warranty, tort (including negligence), operation of law, or otherwise.
  15. Honeywell reserves the right to impose charges for services on the Product which are outside the ambit of this warranty policy. Honeywell also reserves the right to decline service as applicable. For instance in cases when the Product has become obsolete, is no longer deemed serviceable or not replaceable for reasons beyond the control of Honeywell.
  16. The decision taken by Honeywell regarding all matters concerning this warranty shall be final and binding.
  17. Honeywell reserves the rights to change product exteriors, designs and related documents anytime without prior notice. In the event of dispute if any, courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
