To motivate increased selling of Focused Wiring Device ranges, a SPIFF (SPECIAL PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE PLAN) has been rolled out to recognize and reward participants for going the extra mile here in the month of June 2019. The SPIFF is based on the achievement of the top-line revenue quota (M1) assigned to a participant Net of Past Dues.
